Dubai’s premier event for creatives, will begin its fifth year’s edition on April 11 and will run until April 13. Hosted once again in Dubai Design District (d3), the festival’s partner and home to the region’s growing community of creative thinkers.
-ing Creative Festival core messaging since its inception in 2014 has been centered around nurturing a generation of makers, creators and designers through a collaborative module, it continues to work with the local community to deliver the best workshops, talks, event and the creative market.
The event returns this year to d3, a prominent destination for all creatives and designers in the region. On this continued partnership, Ramy Alawssy, Founder of -ing commented saying: “d3 is such an obvious choice for this festival, it’s a space where Design, Photography, Architecture and other creative industries thrive together. This partnership has certainly allowed the festival to position itself within the rich creative audience the venue attracts.”
Several retail projects and spaces in d3 have also offered their support to the festival with workshop spaces and F&B provisions for the speakers and attendees.Molecule , Larte, Akiba Dori and One Life are some of the generous supporters of this year’s edition, as well as Re: Urban Studio, Hatch Concept Studio and Greenhouse.
It is also important to highlight the support offered by Alserkal Avenue, Dubai’s renowned cultural district of contemporary art galleries, non-profit organizations and homegrown businesses. In addition to the generous support of In5, the first of its kind enabling platform for entrepreneurs and start-ups in d3, Atolye, a creative hub and a strategic design studio based in Istanbul, Turkey and Youth Hub, Dubai’s hub for nurturing the growth of social innovators and entrepreneurs.
