New Theatre Set To Open Onboard Floating Hotel In Dubai

Oct 10,2018

The Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2)  was designed for transatlantic service from her home port of Southampton UK, to New York in 1969. After being retired as a passenger ship, the iconic liner was purchased in 2008 by Istithmar World for $100 million and docked at Dubai’s Mina Rashid.

Now 10 years later, the QE2 is finally ready to open its doors and serve as a unique floating hotel. The QE2 hotel will feature 300 beds and a 500 seat theatre.

Ahead of its official launch later this month the hotel has announced open auditions for performers onboard the ship. Here are the details.
